Your Google Ads Are
Leaking Money.
We Find Exactly Where.
A forensic Google Ads account audit by a senior analyst — not a software tool, not a templated checklist. 10 audit dimensions, a prioritised action plan, and a video walkthrough. Delivered in 48 hours.
Average finding: 23% of budget recoverable through structural fixes alone.
The Real Cost of an Un-Audited Google Ads Account
These aren't edge cases. We see all of them in the majority of accounts we audit.
Phantom Conversions Driving Bids
Smart Bidding is optimising toward conversions that don't exist — a duplicate GTM tag, a test event left live, or GA4 import misaligned with actual revenue. Every bid decision since setup has been wrong.
Budget Burning on Irrelevant Searches
Broad match and phrase match keywords serving ads to search queries that have nothing to do with your product. Your search term report is a horror show you haven't had time to review.
Smart Bidding Without Enough Data
Target CPA campaigns with fewer than 30 conversions per month are in perpetual "learning mode" — randomly varying bids with no statistical basis. You're paying a premium for an algorithm that isn't learning.
Low Quality Score Inflating CPCs
A keyword with QS 3 costs 3x more per click than the same keyword with QS 8. Low ad relevance and poor landing page experience compound every time you raise bids in an attempt to get more volume.
Equal Spend Across Unequal Channels
Mobile converts at 40% of desktop for most B2B clients. If you haven't applied device bid adjustments, you're paying the same CPC for a click that converts 2.5x less often.
Brand Cannibalism from PMax
Performance Max campaigns targeting your own branded keywords, siphoning easy conversions that would have come organically and artificially inflating your ROAS while burning budget on zero-incremental-value clicks.
10 Dimensions. Every Account. No Exceptions.
We don't skip the uncomfortable parts. Every dimension is analysed manually, not run through an automated scoring tool.
Conversion Tracking Integrity
Most CriticalWe cross-reference Google Ads conversions against GA4 and your backend order data. Duplicate conversions, missing purchase events, and attribution model mismatches are the #1 source of bad bidding decisions.
Wasted Spend & Negative Keywords
High ROIWe run your full 90-day search term report through a multi-pass analysis — identifying irrelevant queries consuming budget, missing negative keyword lists, and match type configurations driving poor traffic.
Bid Strategy & Smart Bidding Health
Target CPA / Target ROAS strategies require clean conversion data and sufficient volume. We audit whether your bidding strategy matches your data quality, campaign age, and business margin — and flag where manual or portfolio bidding would outperform.
Quality Score Analysis
Low Quality Scores (below 5) directly increase your cost-per-click and lower ad rank. We identify which keywords are dragging account-level QS down, diagnose the root cause (ad relevance, expected CTR, or landing page), and provide exact copy and structure fixes.
Ad Copy & CTR Benchmarking
We evaluate every responsive search ad against CTR benchmarks for your industry and intent cluster. Pinned headlines limiting ad strength, missing ad copy variations, and underperforming asset combinations get flagged with specific rewrites.
Campaign Structure & Segmentation
Bloated ad groups mixing intent signals, campaigns cannibalising each other, brand vs non-brand budget allocation — poor structure forces Smart Bidding to optimise against contradictory signals. We redesign the account architecture on paper before touching anything.
Audience Targeting & Exclusions
In-market segments, custom intent audiences, RLSA layering, and customer match lists — we audit what you're targeting, what you're excluding, and what high-value audience segments you're missing entirely.
Device, Schedule & Geographic Bid Adjustments
Most accounts leave significant ROAS improvement on the table by ignoring device performance splits, dayparting opportunities, and geographic bid modifiers. We surface where your best customers are converting and where budget is being wasted.
Landing Page & Ad Relevance Alignment
Aumlytics-SpecificWe audit the relationship between ad copy, keyword intent, and landing page content. Misalignment is the single biggest driver of poor Quality Score and high bounce rate from paid traffic — something most PPC auditors ignore because they don't touch the analytics layer.
Shopping Feed & Performance Max Analysis
For e-commerce accounts: product feed quality score, missing attributes causing disapprovals, PMax asset group analysis, and product segmentation strategy to prevent your best-sellers from cannibalising mid-performing products.
From Access to Action Plan in 48 Hours
Speed without compromise. We've built the audit workflow to be thorough and fast — because you're losing money every day you wait.
Kickoff & Access
You book via our contact form. We send you a one-page access checklist: read-only Google Ads access and GA4/Analytics access. No call required to start — everything async unless you prefer otherwise.
Data Pull & Structural Analysis
We extract 90 days of performance data, search term reports, auction insights, and conversion path data. Structural issues — campaign architecture, match types, bid strategies, audience configuration — are documented and cross-referenced against GA4.
Deep-Dive: Conversion Tracking + Wasted Spend
The two highest-ROI dimensions get a dedicated pass. We reconcile Google Ads conversion data against GA4 purchase events and your actual revenue. We flag every search term consuming budget without converting.
Report Assembly & Video Walkthrough
Findings are written up as a structured PDF with annotated screenshots. We record a 45-minute Loom walkthrough covering every major finding in plain language. The report is prioritised: Quick Wins → Medium-Term → Strategic.
Q&A Window
You have 30 days to email questions about any finding in the report. If you're implementing changes yourself or briefing an agency, we answer follow-up questions at no charge during this window.
Why Not Just Use an Automated Audit Tool?
Tools flag problems. Practitioners diagnose root causes, rank by impact, and tell you exactly how to fix them.
Analytics-First, Not Just PPC
Most PPC auditors stop at the Google Ads interface. We go deeper — cross-referencing your GA4 data, server-side conversion events, and actual revenue numbers. We catch the broken conversion tracking that makes Smart Bidding optimise for phantom conversions.
48-Hour Turnaround. Always.
Not "3–5 business days" that becomes 2 weeks. We protect delivery time by limiting how many audits we run concurrently. You book a slot, you get your report within 48 hours of access being granted — guaranteed.
Senior Practitioners Only
Your audit is done by Ashwani Bhasin personally — not subcontracted, not templated through a junior analyst's checklist. Every finding is manually reviewed and every recommendation is specific to your account and business model.
No Conflict of Interest
We don't earn a percentage of your ad spend. Our fee is fixed for the audit. That means we will tell you to pause campaigns that aren't working, reduce budgets, and stop wasting money — even if that's not what you want to hear.
Actionable, Not Decorative
Our reports are ranked by expected impact, not alphabetical. Quick Wins you can implement today. Medium-term changes that require a testing cycle. Strategic shifts that need executive buy-in. You know exactly where to start.
Conversion Tracking Repair Included
If we find broken conversion tracking — and we almost always do — we include a scoped fix recommendation at no charge. Other audits flag the problem. Ours tells you exactly what to change in GTM or GA4 to fix it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the Google Ads audit take?
We deliver every audit within 48 business hours of receiving read-only access to your Google Ads account and Google Analytics property. For larger accounts (5+ campaigns, significant budget), allow up to 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with a progress update midway through.
What access do I need to share?
Read-only access to your Google Ads account (we'll never make changes without explicit written approval), and read-only access to your linked Google Analytics 4 or Universal Analytics property. We use a dedicated Aumlytics Google account for access — no personal credentials required.
How is this different from Google's own recommendations?
Google's automated recommendations are optimised to increase your spend — not your profitability. Our audit is platform-agnostic: we flag budget waste, broken conversion tracking, and structural problems that Google's system actively benefits from. We've seen accounts where following Google's Smart Bidding recommendations increased spend 60% with no ROAS improvement.
My account is relatively new. Is an audit still useful?
Yes — bad structural decisions made in the first few months are the hardest to unwind later. Audit findings at the 30–90 day mark (after enough data to analyse, but before bad habits calcify into campaign history) typically yield the highest ROI. We flag exactly where to invest next.
Do you manage campaigns after the audit?
We offer audit-only engagements with no obligation to continue. If you want implementation support after reviewing the findings, we can scope that separately. Many clients use our audit to brief their in-house team or existing agency — that's perfectly fine.
What's included in the deliverable?
A structured PDF report covering every audit dimension, a prioritised action list (Quick Wins / Medium-Term / Strategic), annotated screenshots of specific account issues, and a 45-minute video walkthrough of the findings. You also get a 30-day Q&A window by email after delivery.
What size accounts do you audit?
We work with monthly Google Ads spend from $3,000 to $500,000+. The audit scope and depth scales with account size. Accounts spending under $3k/month may not have enough data for meaningful Quality Score or search term analysis — we'll flag this upfront.
Will you audit Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns?
Yes. Shopping feed quality, PMax asset group analysis, and product segmentation strategy are separate audit dimensions from search campaigns. We cover all active campaign types in your account.
